Has the unit been updated recently?
Yes. Updates in the living area have given it a fresh, new look. Bathroom fixtures have been replaced for a hassle-free experience. We also have a new cleaning crew on-board that is doing awesome work!.
What will I need to bring to my condo or cabin?
Upon arrival you will have a start up package in your cabin with the following: Toilet Paper and a soap pack for the dishwasher. Linens & towels are provided. Kitchens are fully equipped with pots & pans, dishes and silverware. Most have a dishwasher, check
your cabin amenities to make sure.
How do you handle refunds?
Refunds will be issued by check within 10 days of cancellation. For more detail and any associated fees, please refer to our Rental Policies.
When do I need to pay my final balance, can I pay it at check-in?
All charges are due 10 calendar days before your arrival. If a reservation is made within 10 calendar days of your arrival, all charges are due at time of booking. Please note also that if final payment is not made by 10 days within arrival date, your credit
card will be charged the remaining balance.
